) Breathing Techniques - Try to focus on your breathing. Take slow and deep breaths. When you exhale, imagine that all your tensions and negativity inside the body is slowly moving out of your body, your muscles are


relaxing. Focus on every part of your body and feel the same. This way you will increase your mind and body awareness.

2) Exercise - Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. Try the postures of yoga that will help in improving the muscle strength, flexibility of your body, breathing, blood circulation and will help in mental clarity and calmness of the soul. Stretching will reduce your mental and physical stress, tensions and anxiety.

3) Laughter - Laughter is the best medicine for all your tensions. Laughter helps in cutting down your stress. It reduces stress hormones like adrenaline (epinephrine) and cortisol. It also helps in your immune system by increasing the number of your Natural Killer T-cells. These help in defending viral attacks and damaged cells. So smile and always try to be happy.

5) Listening to music - If you love music, try to go for your favorite music. Listening to your favorite number will help in reducing stress and anxiety. The sounds soothes your tension and normalize your blood pressure and stress. Try to pay attention on how you feel when you hear some particular song or music.
